Jeannie French ceramic works exhibited

Visual Arts Professor Jeannie K. French’s ceramic work, Yellow Platter, was accepted into the juried 20th San Angelo National Ceramic Competition, hosted by the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, San Angelo, TX. The exhibition is open through June 29th.


She also exhibited ceramic artwork in conjunction with the 49th Annual Conference of the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) in Milwaukee. Her sculpture, Little Bird Fly, was included in exhibition, Generations of the Paoli Clay Family Show, at the J. Nikolai Gallery.


Her platter, Sunrise, was included in the national, invitational exhibition, Elevating Clay: From Wheel to Wall, at the Overture Center of the Arts, Madison, Wisconsin.

Her two wood ash glazes ceramic pieces, Bottle and Red Edged Platter, were included in the Ring of Fire exhibition at the Sugar River Gallery, Verona, Wisconsin.
